VTR SDN BHD — MANUFACTURING & FABRICATION FOR KSM GROUP

VTR is not a separate business — it is how KSM Group builds. Our manufacturing facility in Sungai Buloh, Selangor turns engineered acoustic and mechanical designs into finished, tested equipment, and produces the Phoenix Noise Control product range.

Owning fabrication means the group controls quality, lead time and performance from calculation through to delivered hardware — including verification in our own acoustic testing laboratory.

02 — Acoustic testing laboratory

We measure what we build.

VTR operates a purpose-built 11-metre silencer testing laboratory based on ISO 7235 — the first facility of its kind in Malaysia for air distribution silencers. Products are measured for insertion loss and flow performance before they are released.

Precision sheet-metal and heavy fabrication carried out in-house — cutting, forming, welding, assembly and finishing — to specifications set by our own engineers.

ENGINEER

Acoustic calculation, product selection and detailed design against the project specification.

FABRICATE

Cutting, forming, welding and assembly in carbon steel, galvanised steel, SS304 and SS316L.

TEST

Insertion-loss and performance verification in our own laboratory before anything leaves the floor.

DELIVER

Finishing, protective coating, packing and site delivery — with installation support where required.
