KSM Group began in 1983 as a small electrical engineering practice in Malaysia. Over four decades, that foundation has grown into five specialist businesses spanning power and energy, industrial noise control, industrial air efficiency, advanced engineering and healthcare technology.
What connects them is not simply ownership. It is a shared approach to engineering: understand the problem, build the right capability, work with the right partners and deliver solutions that stand up in the real world. That approach is why the Group has never grown by acquisition for its own sake — each business exists because there was work worth doing properly.
